Some say love It is the river that drowns the tender reed

有人認為　愛情是條河流　足以淹沒柔順的蘆葦 

Some say love  It is a razor that leaves your soul to bleed

有人認為　愛情是把利刃　可以讓你的心靈淌血 

Some say love It is a hunger and endless aching need

有人認為　愛情是種渴望　一種無止盡的需求 

I say love  It is a flower, and you, it's only seed

我卻認為　愛情是朵花　只有你　可以讓它含苞待放 

It's the heart afraid of breaking that never learns to dance.

是這顆害怕受傷的心 再也學不會起舞飛揚 

It's the dream afraid of waking that never takes the chance.

是這個害怕甦醒的夢 再也不敢奮力一搏 

It's the one  who won't be taken  who cannot seem to give

有個人　不為所動　欲乎再也不願付出
 

And the soul afraid of dying that never learns to live

這個害怕受傷枯萎的心靈　再也了無生氣...
